The MOJITO
Glass Type: Collins Glass

Liquor: White Rum  2 oz

Mixer: Club Soda/ Carbonated Water 2 oz
Lime Juice  2 oz

Other ingredients:

Fresh Mint Leaves, White Sugar, Ice, Muddler(crusher) can also use the back of a spoon

Directions
Place four to five Mint leaves into the bottom of the glass and squeeze the juice from a med sized fresh Lime over the leaves. Then, add about one teaspoon of powdered sugar and carefully crush the Mint into the Lime Juice and sugar with a muddler or the back end of a spoon. Then, add ice (crushed ice if you have it), pour two ounces of Rum and stir. Finally, top off with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
